Prerequisites: Basic Word Processing skills (Don’t try to start word processing at this level!)

OFFICE 2007Those people who have used previous versions of Office applications will find that this latest version is very different and old skills have to be “unlearnt” in some cases. Let’s assume that you have little or no knowledge about using a word processor:

If you have used previous versions of Word and are quite competent in the basic skills, Word 2007 - Stage 2 is probably the best place to start so that you learn the new methods.

PowerPoint slideshows are frequently used in e-mails. This course is all about preparing attractive slideshows which you can use with your own photographs.
Prerequisites: Either experience with previous versions of PowerPoint, OR completion of PowerPoint Stage 1.

PowerPoint 2003Prerequisites: A fair degree of experience with using Windows XP or Vista, as well as word processing as the PowerPoint program is not suitable for beginners.

This class concentrates on the fundamentals of using Publisher.
Prerequisites: Competency with Word Processing, and experience to at least Stage 2 XP or Stage 2 Vista plus imagination.
