DigiPals is an active group of members who meet on a regular basis to learn and explore digital photography.
Meetings are held in the clubroom every couple of months on Mondays at 1 pm and normally finish by 3.00 pm. As well, monthly "shoots" are held at different locations. Saturdays have proven popular days for taking photographs and enjoying the social interaction.
There are no fees involved as long as you are a financial member of ComputerPals. We provide teaching, printed notes, ideas, technical advice and once a month month we meet at a selected venue for an outdoor shoot (usually 2pm for an hour or two)
We run occasional photo competitions which are a bit of fun. You need a camera (any type of digital will do) and your manual will be helpful. We give advice on camera and equipment purchases. If you are keen to learn or improve your camera skills come along and have fun with a group of enthusiastic happy snappers.
